We are just one week away from having WordCamp Lira 2024, the first WordCamp in northern Uganda. The date you should mark is August 24, 2024, and the venue is Lira Town College. As you are still pondering whether to come or not, below are just some of the reasons that should help you easily decide to come for WordCamp Lira 2024.

Meet the leaders of WordCamps in Uganda

WordCamp Lira 2024 shall be a gathering of top guys in the WordPress community. Come meet leaders of WordCamp Kampala, WordCamp Masaka, WordCamp Entebbe, WordCamp Jinja, and of course, WordCamp Lira. These are not regular people you meet everyday in Lira city. They are distinguished members of the WordPress community in Uganda, and Africa.

On that day, there shall be a rich mix of WordPressers from diverse professions/careers, from newbies to very senior & experienced WordPress developers, who can quickly help you sort out the WordPress issues you have been having. Future tech leaders

WordCamp Lira 2024 will have two tracks, namely Springboard track dedicated to the teenagers (mostly students) and newbies to WordPress. While the Runway track will have professionals, with considerable experience in using WordPress. This grouping is not rigid, as you can easily switch from one track to another. To add to that, there shall be many joint sessions (and topics) that bring together the two tracks in one hall.
