He is a teacher (ICT\/Entrepreneurship) at Lira Town College. He is renown STEM activist and also the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/triskelionedu.org\/\">Triskelion Education and Skills Initiative (TESI)<\/a>, an educational non-profit that uses ICT to improve education in northern Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel first embraced <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.com\/?aff=15767&amp;cid=1654213\">WordPress<\/a> in 2013, and has created many websites for various organizations and companies using <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.com\/?aff=15767&amp;cid=1654213\">WordPress<\/a>. His passion is in promoting STEM, teaching coding (including web design) to young people.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He holds Bachelor of Information &amp; Community Technology (<a href=\"https:\/\/gu.ac.ug\/\">Gulu University<\/a>), Master of Information Technology (<a href=\"https:\/\/utamu.ac.ug\/\">UTAMU<\/a>), Postgraduate Diploma in Interactive Media from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucc.ie\/en\/\">University College Cork (UCC)<\/a>, Ireland, and is currently pursuing Postgraduate Diploma in Education-PGDE (<a href=\"https:\/\/muni.ac.ug\/index.php\/en\/\">Muni University<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel has been intensely active in both the education &amp; ICT sectors, and has received several awards &amp; recognition for his work. In 2017, he was recipient of the prestigious <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/J2ZQMSIql-k\">Teachers Making a Difference<\/a> award. He is an alumni of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandelawashingtonfellowship.org\/fellow\/emmanuel-angoda\/\">Mandela Washington Fellowship<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishaidfellowships.ie\/\">Ireland-Africa Fellowship programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout his career, Emmanuel has made a powerful, positive impact working with schools, universities, and young people in  various capacities. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emmanuel is the team leader of the WordPress community in Lira city.
