He is a teacher (ICT\/Entrepreneurship) at Lira Town College. He is renown STEM activist and also the founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/triskelionedu.org\/\">Triskelion Education and Skills Initiative (TESI)<\/a>, an educational non-profit that uses ICT to improve education in northern Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel first embraced&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.com\/?aff=15767&amp;cid=1654213\">WordPress<\/a>&nbsp;in 2013, and has created many websites for various organizations and companies using&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.com\/?aff=15767&amp;cid=1654213\">WordPress<\/a>. His passion is in promoting STEM, teaching coding (including web design) to young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel has been intensely active in both the education &amp; ICT sectors, and has received several awards &amp; recognition for his work. In 2017, he was recipient of the prestigious&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/J2ZQMSIql-k\">Teachers Making a Difference<\/a>&nbsp;award. He is an alumni of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandelawashingtonfellowship.org\/fellow\/emmanuel-angoda\/\">Mandela Washington Fellowship<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishaidfellowships.ie\/\">Ireland-Africa Fellowship programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout his career, Emmanuel has made a powerful, positive impact working with schools, universities, and young people in various capacities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emmanuel is the team leader of the&nbsp;WordPress community in Lira city.
