Okwanga Oscar is a computer scientist, techpreneur, business analyst & developer and a public servant. He serves as Events organizer at Lira WordPress Meetup.
Currently, Oscar works with Lira Public Library as the IT administrator, Mass Projects Uganda as a Computer Trainer and at Refactory as a Technical Coach.
Okwanga Oscar is also a coding ambassador at Tangible Africa.
He is the founder of Urban Magazine which is an online media house with services being shared including news, music uploads and downloads, celebrity gossips, music promotion and digital marketing, among others.
He is passionate about technology, education, and business.
