She works as a counsellor for people living with HIV\/AIDS at Ongako Health Centre III and has experience in counseling, research, and community development. She previously served as a Research Assistant with Uganda Society for Disabled Children, a counsellor at Ayago Health Centre III, and completed field attachment with Lira District Local Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dbd745ba62340d071daaa0619fd6d744 wp-block-paragraph\">Apili also participated in WordCamp Lira 2024 and WordCamp Lira 2025 as a volunteer and serves as a first aider and volunteer with the Uganda Red Cross Society.
